FREE SHIPPING OVER $200
Pendleton Canada provides no-charge shipping to most areas of Canada for orders over $200. Some exceptions apply. Some areas of Canada do not qualify for our no-charge shipping service, you will be notified upon order placement if you do not qualify.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order.
Express shipping can be purchased for $75. Express orders will arrive within 1-2 business days of being shipped.
Please note: due to current circumstances, some shipments may arrive later than expected. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience at this time. Our shipping carriers such as Purolator and Canada Post may have more specific updates.
FREE RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty days of receipt of purchase on items that have not been worn, altered, or modified in any way, and with all tags attached in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will be shipped back at the customer's expense.*
*Clearance items are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
*Free shipping on returns and exchanges are only available to customers who live in areas that qualify for our no-charge shipping service. Collaborations may not qualify for free shipping. Free returns and exchanges are valid on items over $200 only.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once proof of delivery has been provided by the courier company, we (RFE) are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Proof of delivery can be in the form of, but is not limited to the following: a GPS location of the courier at the time of delivery, a photo of the package on the doorstep or place or residence, or a "verbal signature".
If the package was lost or stolen, and the courier company can provide proof of delivery, it is up to the customer to make a claim with their credit card company.
